SHIPPING:

We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail or via USPS Priority mail and adhere to all Federal Holidays.  

Standard shipping is $4.99 for (domestic) USA customers within  2 - 4 business day delivery and provides package tracking.

FREE Shipping order over $49.00

 

RETURN:

We offer a 30-day return policy from date of purchase and make returning the item as easy as possible.  Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees and Items being returned must not be worn, damaged, washed and/or soiled.  

All items being returned are inspected and refunds issued within 48-hrs of receipt back into our facility.

•  Please be sure to compare your pet measurements to the size chart to ensure a proper fitting garment to avoid frustration of exchange or refund and resulting cost of return shipping. Each dog apparel item has a different size chart. Please contact us before sending any item for return or exchange.
